It’s always nice coming back to Singapore. Beautiful country, nice food… 🙂
The Shanghai trip is a really fruitful trip for me this year. Beside knowing more about the Shanghai Toy Industry, I have a chance to visit the Shanghai museum again and also realised that just Shanghai alone has ” 79 MUSEUMS”. There are many interesting museums like CHINA DAIRY MUSEUM, SHANGHAI RAILWAY MUSEUM, SHANGHAI MUSEUM OF GLASSES, SHANGHAI PRINTING MUSEUM, SHANGHAI OVERSEA CHINESE STUDENT MUSEUM, SHANGHAI MUSEUM OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE, SHANGHAI BANK MUSEUM, SHANGHAI PUBLIC SECURITY MUSEUM..etc.
I hope Singapore has more different type of museums in near future, like MUSEUM of “MADE IN SINGAPORE”, MUSEUM OF SINGAPORE CHILDHOOD, MUSEUM OF SINGAPORE EDUCATION, ORCHARD MUSEUM (A museum about the development of Orchard Road for the past 100 years), TOA PAYOH MUSEUM, ANG MO KIO MUSEUM…etc. 🙂
This is a VERY nice book and a MUST for any people who loves museums and want to know more about museums of China. Inside this book, there are plenty of good articles like Management of Museum Value Chains and Competitory Advantages, Museum Benefits and Management, Manage Museums by Market Means, Talk about the Development of Museum Enviroments, Manage Museum Images and Videos by Software..etc. 650 pages, only RMB90, published by The Association of China Museums.
